What does Absenca cost for my team?
Absenca is free for teams of up to 10 people. Larger teams use Pro, which bills all 50 seats whatever the headcount: $37.50 a month, or $405 a year billed annually. Teams of 11 to 50 people all pay that same price. Above 50 people or 2 offices, the app prices a Custom Pack before you pay.
- 12 people: $37.50 a month on Pro.
- 30 people: $37.50 a month on Pro, about $1.25 a person.
- 50 people: $37.50 a month on Pro.
- More than 50 people: a Custom Pack, priced in the app before you pay.

05 / 0501 Can I try before committing?
Yes. Absenca's Starter plan is free forever for up to 10 people, with no credit card required. You can upgrade to Pro any time.
02 What happens when I exceed the free plan limit?
When you pass Starter's 10-person limit, Pro covers up to 50 people for $37.50 a month, billed for all 50 seats. Above that, you build a Custom Pack in the app. You'll be notified as you approach the limit.
03 Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
04 Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We never sell your data; we share it only with the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy.
05 How do billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds work?
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app's billing settings: your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and cancelling deletes nothing. Fees for a period that has started are not refunded. We give at least 30 days' notice of a price change. Prices exclude VAT. The full terms are in section 8 of our Terms of Service.
